Wow! These shoes are not for those who walk a lot. Mine are less than 60 days old and the soles are worn out. Some of the grip is gone from the balls of my feet. On the heels, the blue sole has worn to the white 2nd layer. In less than 2 months! I wear them a lot, but not every day. I don't walk anything out of the ordinary except walking the dog in my neighborhood. I have worn Sebago Clovehitch shoes for many years and have never had this problem. This appears to be specific to the Triton model. The only reason I didn't give that one star is because they are very comfortable and they look good. (as long as you're not looking at her butt.)
