Impossible! New HP, card slot does not work! I've tried 5 adapters or SD cards and the card won't stay in! Very disappointed with this HP quality! And not for nothing! I paid enough for a good product and got a bad one. Bad HP laptop. What surprises can I expect? Was it new or refurbished? Anyway, I don't trust the seller and Revain! Very bad experience, for $1200! They contact me, they think I'm stupid without reading what is written in my review! This is a physical laptop issue! The card is not firmly in the slot! That's HP's problem and the seller's problem! Brand new product can not have any hardware problem! But they don't care! They care more about my review than my problem! And OnlineEmart doesn't care about my problem! They are only interested in taking your money! Nothing after that!
