These lounge pants are great! Very light and cool and almost not felt. When you receive the pants, they will look too big. But once worn they fit perfectly. 6ft 1in, 190lbs and I ordered a large one. They're a bit long and I could probably go for a medium one, but I like the big ones. Full disclosure, but these lounge pants leave nothing too much to the imagination and probably aren't the right choice for lounging around the house with others, especially if you're on cue (if that's none of your business, haha).
