Cat became very bad on wet

I have successfully fed my cat OpenFarm dry food and wanted to try it on wet. After introducing wet food my cat started vomiting so I stopped. Even after she stopped eating, she wouldn't stop throwing up regularly, and then she also started urinating all over the house. She had never peed in front of the litter box before. The vet diagnosed her with a bladder infection and prescribed her a two-week course of antibiotics. I thought she was throwing up because of the infection, but I didn't immediately link your food to the infection. About a month after she made a full recovery and no longer vomited, urinated outside the crate, or showed signs of infection, I put her back on wet food. A few minutes later she was vomiting all over the house. She kept throwing up until only white foam came out, and then she finally stopped. Now I'm afraid the food infected her too. Let's hope it's not related and she doesn't get another bladder infection, but the food will surely make her so sick that she'll throw up. If you have an August 2022 batch, throw it away.
