They offered to replace the monitor with another model and I accepted. My first review of the product is below: The colors are terrible. At first I thought I had a bad unit, they sent me a replacement and the second monitor was just as bad. The quality of the product is unchanged. Always bad. In my attached image, this monitor is in the top right corner. Note that the red color looks more yellow than it should. It's not just red that's affected: blue looks cyan, and green also looks paler and more yellow than it should be. The rest is pretty good.
