My first reaction was that these slippers are cheap and uncomfortable. After a few wears they have softened and are now my favorite slippers most of the year except for winter (when I switch to LL Bean moccasins). My feet are cold because I have Raynaud, but they also sweat and stink. more than most people. They breathe very well because they are wool (better than my LL beans) and retain almost no odor. They only needed to be washed in the laundry once a year. Strangely, a crease formed on one of them, but the washing machine reduced it somewhat. I have a long arch so foot length is 8.5 and arch length is 9.5. 9-10 sits a little loose but never falls off and feels great. I'll probably live in them for two years before replacing them. It costs $45, but it looks like the price will go up.
