I didn't like HP. EVERY HP I've ever had was complete junk. BUT I overheard family and friends persuading me and telling me how good their new HP is. So I gave up and bought this laptop. THE WORST SOLUTION. I don't understand why they call it a laptop when you can't use it on your lap. That thing gets so hot it falls over. Every damn time. You can't use this thing on your lap for more than 40-45 minutes without it getting hot and breaking. Are you planning to use this laptop for business? the school? something that takes hours of your time? Don't even think about it. It will get hot and crack even if placed on a flat surface. I don't know what HP were thinking when they made this huge piece of junk. There's no room on the underside of this thing for airflow, and the 7 x 1.5 vent strip is clearly not enough. If I can figure out how to erase all my data from this computer I will get it back. An absolute disappointment. Don't buy HP
