This adapter works great with Lenovo X380 Yoga. Connects to 1Gbps with no issues. It was ready to use right out of the box, with Windows 10, with no additional drivers. There seems to be a lot of confusion about the port type required for this dongle. I don't know if this is Lenovo property, but I've never seen this type of connector before. In the user manual, this connector is referred to as "Ethernet mini-connector". Note. It won't fit in a USB port (including USB-C that has a different adapter). It doesn't fit in either a mini display port or a micro HDMI connector (although they're roughly the same size). The mating connector has the same logo you see in the picture, which is actually the IT symbol. for a local area network (three squares connected by a horizontal line)
