I bought it because nothing stays in my ears without temples. Needed mostly for cycling. Since, as many have already written here, they do not stay in the ears, then there is no need to talk about any sound insulation. When riding a bike at high speed, the wind makes more noise in the ears than if there were no headphones - they work like a sail, but there are no plugs. Over time, one of the ear pads began to fall off regularly. I'll have to put a different size and they will hold on even worse. The sound is very quiet, much quieter than standard Apple headphones. Of the positive, perhaps only the appearance, battery life and convenient switching between apple devices.
