Review on Doorbell XTU Wireless Detection Waterproof by Doug Powell

This camera looks great for the price. I'll update my review when it's fixed once I try a second try to see how long the battery actually lasts. For starters, this was purchased after a security breach at my apartment complex. It was easy to install, the camera is pretty good, I would probably buy another version that spins on a ball if I could see it (for a better angle), the sensor is very sensitive when set high , and the notifications are frequent and easy to see and access. I've read a questionnaire here before that claims the battery lasts 1-4 months, which in my experience isn't true yet (I charged it for 8-11 hours which is prompted to charge before inserting). . Maybe mine is defective so I'll recharge it, put it back in tomorrow and set the sensitivity to low to see if it makes a difference. After that, if it doesn't take more than 3 days like this time, I will repeat this review to mention what happened and contact the seller. Also, I haven't yet tried the 7-day free cloud they offer because I wanted to make sure it was worth it. Another thing to add is that from March 31st (installation day) to today April 3rd the SD card storage seems to be pretty good, I think it has only decreased by 1GB. I've set mine to record 40 second intervals when someone walks past my hallway. All in all I've recommended it to friends but maybe won't know next week. Update: Last time it took about 3 days before I had to charge it. This time it ran from April 3rd to April 29th, so 27 days before it dropped to 2% and I decided to charge it. All in all, this is a decent camera that I would recommend for the price. Update 09/09/2020: The battery seems to be empty again. I usually charge it for 3 weeks to a month but yesterday I charged it and this morning it showed a full charge and today it shows a low charge again. Another thing to add, you don't need the cloud, just delete or save videos as you need. It's been almost a year since I bought this camera and so far I find that the charging port is acting a little strange at times which I have to confirm via the app that it charges but I still recommend the camera. I have to turn off the camera for about 11 hours every 3 weeks to keep it charged. April 14, 2021: Camera stopped working. It doesn't hold a charge and when it charges it records but when I access the video to watch it says no SD card is detected. I took out the SD card to see what the problem was and couldn't figure it out. It also gives me the option to erase everything from the SD card via the app, now I can't access it.
