Worked great for about a month. Then the automatic switching between night vision and standard vision stopped working. It doesn't even change in the app if you try to change it manually. The headlight had to be turned off and on again to switch to the correct camera mode. They've been emailing support since 9/21/20 and their only solution is to "take it somewhere else" (they say it doesn't have enough sunlight to switch camera modes when the sun shining on it every morning). ) it's built into the corner of my house where I want it. Even after working properly for a month they still tell me it must be somewhere else. Now, after several different reset options, it boots every 3-4 minutes. Your solution is still to move it somewhere else. I have a couple of merkury/geeni products (cameras, smart switches, doorbell) that I really like and have been very happy with, but unless customer service comes up with a better solution to the faulty product, I'll thank you for the future look for another camera camera. / Smart home products. I don't spend hours figuring this out, hooking up my old signal light, picking up another traffic signal, hooking it up somewhere else, figuring out that it's going to loop on (shouldn't loop in total darkness, let alone where it is now), and then again you have to spend several hours flipping everything.
