I foolishly missed a few months after I first got these stirrers and got $43 after sales tax. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING - AT ANY COST - I opened one of the packages this morning and am absolutely TERRIBLE at the amount of OPEL, DIRT AND GARBAGE that came out of the package. I left the first box open on the kitchen table and didn't warn anyone about it. (Each box had the same junk! - Literally junk!) My wife and daughter were clueless as they went into the kitchen and made their morning coffee. I bought them because I didn't want to expose my family to the potential health hazards of plastic. I think we'd be MUCH safer using plastic (or even LEAD or ARSENIC coated) stir sticks than the crap we bought. When I get home I'll take some photos and upload them here. STAY AWAY FROM THESE STATISTICS AND THE COMPANY THAT TRYED THEM FOR FOOD AND DRINK SAFETY. By the way: I have no idea how Revain can put such products on their website. Is there a US federal agency responsible for testing/inspecting "food” materials sold to consumers? I would be very curious about the composition of the sticks and any additional contamination in the "sawdust" and other rubbish/waste contained in the packaging,
