I thought this is just what I need. But when I connected my data drives to it, several of my drives became unusable. I lost data after using this product. I contacted Revain support who suggested I contact Orico. They also said if Orico could not contact them BACK so they could provide further assistance. Oriko simply did NOT answer. But when I called Revane again, they didn't answer either. A few weeks later I started over. Revain support said they will replace the product. When I said "Huh?" they said they could give me $10 for my time and effort. Even with the BEST customer service this would not be acceptable. But given the horrible lack of customer service (from both Revain and Orico), I find their offering offensive. When I first tried to contact support I was NOT thinking about money. I did not know, what I should do. But what happened was totally unacceptable.
