This is my second strap, the first doesn't light up but has a second smaller pocket which is great for keys or anything that might scratch your phone. I've used this for running/walking, festivals, outdoor concerts, golf tournaments, biking. This is ideal for any place where you need your phone and keys but don't want to carry anything around. The bag stays in place while you run. I don't feel any discomfort, jolts or movements. It's quite streamlined so you can wear it under your shirt without showing a bulging belly.
