This is my second purchase since replacing both sides. 2 for 2. I love these ballasts. First check: ballast replaced at 126,000 miles because headlight finally failed. I also swapped out the bulb. Let me just say that I had previously replaced another OEM Prius ballast and compared to this ballast it was a lot harder to take apart. In addition, the seller gave very clear and effective instructions. It took me less than 5 minutes to disassemble the ballast connector. Everything works as it should and what attracted me more than others is the lifetime warranty, I hope I don't have to use it. I was so impressed I bought another ballast for the other side right after installation. Now my two hidden light outputs match. If you were afraid to replace the Prius ballast with the original, rest assured, it's 100 times easier to work with. I'll update the review if it dies quickly and let you know how the seller handles warranty claims.
