I really liked this product. Like I said, it's not durable. I pride myself on taking care of my stuff (especially electronics). I use cable regularly and travel frequently. When traveling, the cable stays safe in its storage box and has never been mishandled or "tested" to see if it actually works. I use it as a precaution and take very good care of my belongings. I purchased this product in May 2018 and am writing this review in November 2018. I have used this cable exclusively since purchase and it has worked like clockwork. But now it suddenly doesn't work anymore. There are no breaks or sharp bends in the cable. I switched to multiple outlets and used the spare box to see if the box had failed or if there was some other component of the fault. To my discovery, the cable was defective. I am quite disappointed with the durability of this product. I'm not sure if it was defective or not. In any case, I wish you better luck. Would I buy again? Yes I would. But I don't think this product should only last a few months. At this level I will probably have to pay more for a durable product.
