This massager is great for stiff, sore neck muscles. When I use this after a long day on the phones and sitting more or less hunched over it relieves the tension and pain. It actually put me to sleep a couple of times, it worked that well for me. I have also used this on my lower back for relief of pain and it works great for that too. The heat feature is also great, I believe that is what helps to relax.
- I used it on my calf muscles. The heating position works great.
- Can cause skin irritation with prolonged use
