Now I'm planning to buy a larger leader as my growing doodle is only 7 months old but as long as it's a medium size I just want to be ready. So before I bought this I bought countless conga slides, regular collars and even a spiked collar and none of them worked. She jumped on everyone, she literally dragged me down the street so I just stopped walking with her because she was too strong for me. I stumbled across this product after seeing a video my friends had of her walking her roti and asked what the dog was wearing and she explained and offered to try it and oh my god , I can't express how happy I am, it did. So got it in the mail in fast forward and to make the snout around I put a treat in the middle a couple of times and until she adjusted it to me (don't give up cos my drawing is crazy hyper and she petted me eventually do es) Anyway, I walked it around my front yard for about 15 minutes and then took it off. The next day everything was fine and I said I would take her for a walk and I was shocked! She couldn't get me out. Let's say she spun around at the beginning thinking she could find a way to take it off and tried to dig it up, but after trying several times to take it off and failing, she decided I was going to give up. So, for the first time, I was able to take her for a walk without getting burned on my hands and without looking like a total idiot. Obviously daily walks will benefit her and I hope to be fully leash trained soon but there is hope and I suggest trying it because it really works!
