If you are looking for a bread bell or want to try it. Try it.

I bought this cap specifically to bake bread without kneading. Here's what I do with a little experimentation to get the perfect bread. The following steps worked for me and I hope they work for you. 1. Preheat the cloche, top and bottom together, in the oven for 20 minutes at the temperature you want for your recipe. 2. Using a 10 inch plate, measure the parchment paper to the diameter of the plate. Using scissors, cut the parchment paper to the diameter of the plate, then lightly dust the parchment paper with flour.3. Form and shape the bread dough, then place the dough in the center of the parchment paper to allow it to rise.4. When the lid has reached the temperature required for your bread recipe, place the parchment paper with the dough on a plate and cover with a lid.5. Bake the bread until the desired time, then check the readiness with a thermometer. I use a KiriAnne.6 thermometer. Using the edge of the parchment paper, you can transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool. Note: Remove the parchment paper from under the loaf after placing it on the cooling rack to prevent the underside from getting wet while the loaf cools. I get perfect bread every time I use this Klosh every few days. The craftsmanship is wonderful. It's so easy to use and makes wonderful bread. I use this hood in my Pacific pizza oven with no problems. This cloche is highly recommended.
