It was a phenomenal purchase! Hats off to the Strongman Repair Kit! I found the kit very complete and comprehensive. Great communication to check in and give advice etc. The colors blended great and really allowed me to fine tune the color to a near perfect match. I told people about the repair and when they looked in my car they asked again where it was. An advice. Take your time. If you want it to look good, let the layers fully dry (glue and such) and then mix in a few test samples to get the result. I strongly recommend fading in good daylight. A place/time where you can use your mixed color in the highlights/shadows of existing upholstery. I raised my fist on a slightly overcast day and thought it was close, but when I saw it in bright light it was too green (see photo). But with a little alcohol and one more try, I got it pretty much right. Test your mix under different lights and you'll get great results. Just take your time with it. I didn't quite understand the texturing process (sheets of different skin textures that you press into a semi-cured mixed color to get a leather texture), but I was able to use the included spatula to match the existing texture. good enough. Again VERY happy with this purchase/product and have already recommended it to several friends/colleagues. Well done!
