This happens almost every 2 weeks. Called the hotline twice. The operator sends only how to set up and reset to factory settings. The device is clearly not working. It happens that it starts to stutter. If this is the norm for the column, then write in the description. I do not recommend buying a column. If I knew that there would be such problems, I would not have bought it. Dear Seller, I ask you to look into this situation.
