They really work, but you have to wear them for at least 30 minutes a day. I like pink and transparent the most, you can adjust the size of the transparent one, make it wider or narrower. If I wear pink or blue, it will hold up better if I first put a small piece of fabric over my nose and then fasten the clips. This helps if your skin is oily and offers a little more comfort, especially with pink because it can mark the sides of your nose.
