First of all, I want to thank you for the great customer service that comes with sports equipment. I bought a bt-s2 last year and hardly used it but when I got a new bike I tried again and it didn't work. I don't know what happened to them but I contacted Fodsports directly through Revain and they emailed me straight away asking for a video to confirm the item was not physically damaged which made sense to me, because if I damaged it, then of course it's up to me. They saw everything was fine and just stopped working and immediately asked for my name and address and sent me a new headphone and I couldn't be happier. It's so quick and easy to install.
