ALUMINUM base, LOTS of light!
Love that they have an aluminum base, not plastic. These are SOLID and create A TON of light! I did subtract 1 star because the wires are a bit thin (small diameter) and seem a bit flimsy, but I got them connected nonetheless with no issues. Narrow enough to attach onto a 2" pipe perfectly. I did not use the hardware, but used my own self-tapping screws into the steel trailer frame.
