My cat weighs 19 pounds. She has recently started using my bed as a tray. I thought she was concerned because I have two puppies but they don't interact that much and she lasted for over a week. She even lay down on my bed while I was lying in it. Then she started pooping on the floor and on my older dog's bed. I took her to the vet to make sure she wasn't sick. Spent over $400 and everything was fine. I have done everything suggested. The garbage cans are in the garage, there is a car door. My apartment is very small. I added trays, moved them, there were different types of fillers, FELIVEY, removed loud noise (hepa filters), literally everything. I decided to put the tray back in the house and she used it. Eventually I realized that the cat door I was in was too small for her. I didn't even think about it because I've never had a cat as big as her. This door is well suited for its size. Most doors were not big enough.
