Works great on fine hair!

These are the main hair bands I use for training. I have fine hair and other hair ties don't hold up very well causing the ponytail to slip off. They keep my hair in order even when I'm walking on the treadmill. But to avoid damaging my hair, I only use them when I'm really exercising and prefer a grippy scrunchie for regular use.
