Too many wrinkles! the best duvets and sets

I love the design of this duvet. It arrived very crumpled. Tried to iron, the creases were not smoothed out. Washed, dried but the creases are still the same. The pillowcases are so wrinkled after washing and drying that I don't think I'll ever be able to put them back on the pillows. An absolute disappointment in terms of material.
