Best SWR slightly below US bands, but acceptable on US bands (1.6 in range, 1.3 under). Still a much better antenna than the included HT antenna, even by the Big Three. My signal works well in an area not well suited to VHF/UHF - a working APRS allows me to see when I'm departing and from where. Sturdy construction easily withstands flexing and regular handling. If you don't feel like jumping for a comet or diamond, this is a good price. BNC is ideal for regular use between car antenna and this pin without constantly playing with SMA streams. de W8BIT
