Very disappointed. I spent quite a bit of time, several hours, looking at different products and reviews. I chose this Bush cross file because I know their name and I think they are good value for money. Reviews were mixed but generally positive. A big plus to point out is when I called customer service thinking I was missing something, the call was answered by someone from the US who spoke clear English and she was friendly and prompt. . It turns out I didn't miss anything, it's just that the manual didn't clearly explain that the drawer slides that you mount at the start of the process need to be removed and set aside to be installed on the drawer later . looks nice. That's the only positive thing I can say besides the customer service. Overall, the price is a bit high compared to the quality, especially considering that you have to assemble this item. The biggest disappointment are the plastic legs. Those are the legs, you might think, they can be made of anodized aluminum or some kind of light metal. I fully expect the legs to be hit and ripped at some point over the next few years and at that point use of the closet will disappear. Lots of plastic parts, way more than I need in an item that I hope will last a long time and should be able to support some weight. One of the brackets attached to the side of the box was deformed. It stuck but not very well, it dangles a bit. I can live with it. The second big disappointment, the top drawer doesn't close. He enters and jumps. That gives me more reason to worry about how long this will take. And trust me, I put it together slowly and methodically to make sure I got it right. When collecting, I looked closely at all the pictures. I'm sure it was assembled correctly so the drawer should close and stay closed. The bottom drawer works exactly as it should. The instructions aren't bad, although the biggest issue is the parts list, especially the screws. There are so many screws and some of them are mixed in different packages. There are two different 1/2" screws. Each of them is assigned a number and each is in different packages. But without part numbers on the packages or color photos of them, it's quite difficult to find a 1/2" screw only distinguishable from the other by the black and white graphics.Yes I knew it was MDF but it still seems pretty cheap even for MDF.When I screwed in the final screws for the crossbar that goes into the bottom the box goes the "wood" started to split a bit. Another reason for me to be concerned about the durability of this product. For another $100 I could get a HON with no assembly required and I know he will be here in 50 years, I feel betrayed at this point.
