Good value, beautiful color. I've had this on my patio since the beginning of April. I can see a little fading in the creases of the fabric and it's only been a month since being out in the weather. It will probably be a very light blue by October. I usually only get 2 years use out of the umbrellas I purchase on Best Buy in the $40 to $60 price range. I haven't found any that are fade resistant. For the price I don't expect it to be fade free fabric. It's pretty, looks great on my patio and provides shade! I think it's good enough and 2 years is all I've ever expected of the life of the umbrella. I live in St. Louis if that gives you a better picture of the the strength of the sun and the fading that occurs.
