Good but not great. Excellent quality material. The zipper is smooth, the stitching is also good. I think it will take years and years. I gave it 4 stars because I bought it for the removable valve inside. I thought it would be great for pencil sharpeners, erasers and more. It has a small velcro strap that attaches it to the side if you need a small side pocket or you can slide it across the width of the interior if you need a larger pocket. I really like the side mount, but it's a bit small. When it's wide, with that nice side safety area, it doesn't fit my child's pencils. Now, looking closely at the photos, I noticed that while the traditional pins are present on the side pocket shape, they are missing on the detail shot when the detachable flap is stretched across the inside width. Mechanical pencils are shorter and my daughter can't use them yet. Although it is of very good quality, you should be aware that it is not suitable for a ruler or long wooden pencils. Update: It's been over 6 months. Looks like new. Really good workmanship. I just wish it was longer. You have to wait for the pencils to be sharpened several times before putting them in this case. Uncomfortable but otherwise probably the best soft pencil case I've ever bought. although it is of very good quality, know that it is not suitable for a ruler or long wooden pencils.
