I believe it works in the sense that it goes over the hose and attaches to the wiper blade. One jet aimed at the windshield works well, but two that should spray lower down the wiper blade are aimed directly at the car. The spray doesn't hit the windshield at all, instead wandering 5-6 feet to the side. A pedestrian on the sidewalk wouldn't appreciate it too much. Apparently the nozzle is adjustable. Take a safety pin and put the pin in the hole and you can control the direction of the spray. While it's good that it's adjustable, I'd rather just lock it in place and aim properly. Now it's possible that it will fail and I'll have to aim again.
