They say it can be installed on a sloping ceiling. Not quite true

So my wife and I went through hundreds of different chandeliers for our dining room. She finally settled on this one and I read through the entire description and Q&A to make sure it could be installed on our sloping ceiling. The description said it could be installed and that it was "adjustable". I get it and go to install and id not do what I need to fit my ceiling. I need one side 2 inches shorter than the other so it hangs straight. Apparently their definition of "adjustable" is that you can install or remove one of the bars, which I don't remember the length of because I just packed them for return shipping, but I think they're about a foot long and there are two 6 inch pieces. It would be great if I had to shorten it by 6 inches, but that wasn't my thing. I had to shorten it by 2 cm, in short it works on a sloping ceiling "ONLY" if the light is mounted perpendicular to the slope! THIS INFO WAS VERY USEFUL FOR THE DESCRIPTION!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Annoying
