I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MASK FOR MEDIUM-SIZED MEN:; it would be too small. I am happy with the masks as they are small which I like. I find that most masks I buy, including sheet masks, are too big for me. Please note this is not the N95 medical mask used by healthcare professionals to prevent Covid 19 (as an RN pensioner I know the reality!). However, I bought it hoping it would filter better than my sheet masks as I want to protect my elderly mother. It appears to have been originally developed to filter airborne pollutants and fumes. I'm happy with the masks knowing they weren't "official" N95's even before ordering and they fit me. They have a good fit.
