Missing and broken parts

For the money it was ok. I don't mind packing to save money but instructions for some parts would be nice. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand it, but it wasn't immediately obvious. My checkered flag banner was missing two pieces, one of the yellow paper discs was broken, and one of the monster truck's large balloons was punctured. Disappointed that it didn't even arrive complete and we didn't get to use part of the facility at all. Everything else was fine and dandy.
