Works well, just subtly.
The product is a little runny, so you need to use more product, but it is suitable for sensitive skin. I ordered mine in early summer 2020 and use it weekly. I still have half the pack left. I mainly use it to wax my armpits and eyebrows and I love it. I don't recommend it anywhere else as it's thin and leaves lumps unless you dip and layer several times.
