Holy Moly, this thing is great! I read ALL the reviews before purchasing and some of them got me thinking. In the end I decided to do it. I haven't had any of the issues that some others have reported. It didn't go under my gums. It didn't taste awful - it actually had a very light and pleasant mint flavor. It didn't make my teeth feel sensitive. It didn't stain my VERY SOFT toothbrush and it WORKS! It gets dirty - yes, you have to be careful. Scoop it into your palm with a teaspoon instead of trying to pour it into your hand. Spit deep into a sink with running water or it will splash, I wish I had taken a "before" photo - but my husband asked if I whitened my teeth. Was it a drastic change? no Was it a permanent change? Yes. I hope the more I use it the whiter my teeth will be. I'm glad I spent the money which wasn't much and I would do it again. I WILL DO IT AGAIN!
