We love espresso, but we don't want to pay thousands for an espresso machine (yet!). So we found this one and it had a lot of good reviews and it's a lot cheaper than the others at Revain so obviously we got it. In general it is very easy to use. Simply add water to the lower chamber, pack the ground coffee/espresso loosely and let the heat work its magic. The prepared espresso tasted good and to be honest it was very easy to clean. I just emptied the grounds hopper and put it in the dishwasher. Will I buy again? Yes, if the one we have ever decides to buy dust.
