BUYER WARNING: No returns, too soft and bristles fall out
Too bad I can't give this brush a 5 star rating as the brush is very comfortable and easy to use. Unfortunately, this is the only plus of this brush. The bristles ALWAYS fall out and are too soft. As a beautician, I never thought I would say the body brush was too soft, but it is. It's too mild to exfoliate and remove dead skin. If you then try to rub harder, the bristles will come out even more! I wanted to return the brush the same day I received it only to find out that this brush cannot be returned! I'm SUPER ANNOUNCED because I brought 2 brushes and now I'm stuck. So much for a good deal for the price!
