The ease of use, especially with mobile access; the ability to easily integrate third party applications such as Slack or Asana into our own internal communication system; having everything in one place. I dislike that there isn't an option available from within the platform to have multiple different types of channels (e.g., Yammer vs. Work Chat). Instead you must create separate groups/channels which can be cumbersome if you need to change something down the road. We were looking for a way to centralize all communications internally so we could quickly find what was going on across departments and projects without needing to search each channel individually.
