it worked great and is still working until now

I've been looking everywhere for a KVM switch that supports a higher resolution monitor than 1080 and also allows us to use a mouse and keyboard, that uses a Bluetooth dongle; and this device was the only one I could find that met that need. It took a while to get here and we had some issues initially, not realizing that we also needed extra cables for the USB ports, but once we connected everything it worked like a charm and kept going. i'm still working If something stops working, I'll let…

Random black screen in games (workaround found)

This product claims it can play 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz 4:4:4. All of the cables that came with it, as well as the cables I previously had, had the same result: an occasional black screen while gaming. I've seen this before, it's coming from an HDMI cable that can't transfer enough data. I bought a better cable than this happened before and the problem was solved. The problem now is that this device is in between my good cable and another good cable and this problem occurs again. The solution seems…

Works well, correct emulation EDID

Works well with 3440x1440@60Hz sources. The EDID emulation is flawless. Switching to video takes a few seconds, but that may be due to the monitor and not the switcher. Windows doesn't see the switch and leaves the windows where they were. The USB keyboard and mouse are also emulated. This means there is no connect/disconnect event. Keyboard/mouse switching is instantaneous. Unfortunately, this emulation means that non-standard keyboard keys like the volume/mute keys will not work on Microsoft…

DOES NOT WORK for computers and accessories

Mine works well in many ways. However, it only transmits basic keyboard commands. Caps lock, number lock, scroll lock and special function keys (e.g. volume) do not work. I have tried several keyboards, borrowed and replacements. When connected directly to the PC, everything worked perfectly. When I plug them into the switch, those features stop working. TESmart helped me connect a powered USB hub to the switch and a keyboard to the USB hub. (Note that the use of such a hub is shown in the…

Limited keyboard/mouse support

I'm a software developer and sometimes work from home. I have a gaming PC with a Corsair Vengeance K70 keyboard, a Steelseries Rival mouse and a 32" 1080p LG monitor. I need a KVM switch so I can switch between my work laptop and my desktop without swapping cables. I've used cheap VGA KVM switches in the past and didn't want to go down that route again. I had some trouble getting my keyboard and mouse to work at all with this device. The only way I was able to get the K70 keyboard to work was…

Switch works well, lots of options

KVM works very well. Tested at 4K @ 30Hz only. I'm using a regular keyboard with a Logitech wireless mouse and unified receiver. The receiver is in a regular mouse port because I prefer fast switching and don't worry about losing extra mouse buttons that don't do anything useful to me. The included cables worked fine, but I replaced them with shorter cables that fit my setup better. There are sometimes static artifacts when switching, but in general switching is fast and responsive. The EDID…

Works great few complaints

I recently replaced a basic VGA switch with this KVM when it eventually broke and bought a new monitor. So far I'm very happy with the performance and have only a few small issues. SETUP: I am using a VGA to HDMI adapter from my desktop PC as my main display and HDMI from my laptop to extend that display to a new monitor. . I use a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo that works no matter which USB port I plug it into. I also have a printer connected to the optional USB port. PRO: The…

Better than expected though.

I am really very impressed with the quality of this KVM. It's a lot smaller than the last one I had, about the length of a human hand (well, my hand anyway) and less than an inch thick. It is well packaged and comes with good cables. Several people have complained about the beep sound when switching systems. Personally, I don't think it's a bad thing, and certainly not that bad, to disassemble and remove the speaker. I think it's a very good device and for the price it's quite amazing, but…

Works as advertised - quality product

I needed KVM to connect my Debian Linux home computer and my Windows 10 laptop which I use for business purposes. The devices are connected to a 32-inch Samsung monitor and use a wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse. The Windows machine connects via a USB 3 dock and then to KVM - Debian is a direct connection. It was a very easy connection - just plugged in the cables and everything worked great. The only thing I can say is the remote that came with it (I didn't actually know it came with the…
