The ability to send out email reminders, have an easy way of tracking data entry progress (even if it is just in Excel), allowing employees across various teams within our organisation access at their own convenience - all through one platform! We are able create templates as well which saves us manual work/data collection over multiple surveys we complete each year with different organisations etc.- no longer do I need to spend hours manually entering survey responses into spreadsheets or having them printed off by my admin staff every month / quarter from several sources.
