IDK What can I say other than I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I bought real junk from this site but that's okay. Every part of the handle and black parts, except for the cord, the plates of the straightener and the barrel of the curling iron, were coated in sticky superglue, a substance that got on my hands and didn't come off after I tried everything, even WD- 40 2 hours trying to get rid of this substance and thought about going to the hospital. I had to call work and arrange for the child to be picked up. Ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE. Revain, you really need to pull yourself together because this is a legal matter now. This substance ruined the bathroom countertop, a piece of clothing and got into my hair! I don't know how it will turn out. I am angry!
