Review on 🚴 SHIMANO M375 Post Mount Brake Caliper Black 2016 - High Performance Brake Caliper for Enhanced Cycling Experience by Satish Greener

Revainrating 5 out of 5

High performance, easy to set up, great price

These calipers are very easy to install and set up. I installed them on a hard 29er single speed with a damaged hub which is causing the rotor to wobble a bit. Not only did these calipers have enough clearance to eliminate annoying braking friction, but they still felt firm and responsive through the first half of lever effort. The fixed pad adjustment screw simplifies pad wear adjustment. ________________ These calipers provide adequate stopping power. Once mounted with the new Shimano BR56 rotors, they deliver enough power to push my mountain bike front wheel over asphalt and gravel. ________________ These calipers are very beneficial, especially when replacing existing mechanical calipers. At $25 each, this is exceptional value. They don't come with universal mount adapters, but that wasn't a problem for me as I already had the adapters I needed. _______________High quality. As with most Shimano products, the quality of these calipers shows in the finish and feel of the product. They don't weigh much, which is good. All surfaces are smooth and precise, they feel solid and durable. _______________ My setup includes two of these calipers on universal mast mount adapters, Shimano BR56 rotor 180mm front and 160mm rear. Shimano universal brake cables made of stainless steel and Shimano T-Type brake levers. This setup costs less than $50 per wheel and packs a lot of power.
