Very happy and satisfied customer who uses both products regularly

I love that it's very easy for me as an admin user, to see what devices are up/down without having to go into each device one-by-one every time! The support team has always been super helpful with any questions we have had so far - they were quick at responding via email when someone was away from their desk during business hours, but also gave us options if our issue still needed attention after office close times too which made things easier in some cases :) It would be great if there could possibly be more notifications about new tickets being created within your account than just seeing them pop over once per day like all other emails do now.

Notifications help keep admins aware quickly since you don't need to check back daily unlike other systems where this isn’t possible. We use iTARIAN RMM primarily because its really helped stream.
