My grip doesn't move 2 steps. Either up to the stop or up to the maximum possible height. I thought it should be possible to retract to 2 different heights. I stumbled a bit because I am using it for distance learning for my 6 year old as she has so many things to take to kindergarten and I feel the handle is quite long. Would have preferred if it had 2 indentation stages.
