Excellent quality - luggage and travel gear

My child has been using this backpack for the second year. Excellent quality very comfortable. Now we also use this backpack as hand luggage at the airport!

Tipped over due to problem, poor design

Color not as advertised. The filled bag is very easy to tip over. I think it's a front wheel design issue. I sent the bag back because it tipped over when it was only loaded with gym gear. I couldn't stop it from tipping over.

big, good quality

The backpack is huge! It is very good quality with smooth zippers. The handle works fine. Read reviews about pen problems. I'll update my review if we come across it. If I had known about this backpack before spending too much money on holdalls for my kids I would have skipped the carry on bags and bought them instead.

Removes only 1 level?

My grip doesn't move 2 steps. Either up to the stop or up to the maximum possible height. I thought it should be possible to retract to 2 different heights. I stumbled a bit because I am using it for distance learning for my 6 year old as she has so many things to take to kindergarten and I feel the handle is quite long. Would have preferred if it had 2 indentation stages.

There are no lockers at school this year, it's no problem to take everything in this backpack.

Taking precautions for the school to prevent the spread of Covid. At the beginning of the school year, my daughter carried a lot in her backpack, which caused her back pain. Bought this Jansport backpack on wheels. She can accommodate everything she needs to carry around and more without putting extra strain on her back. It was perfect for the situation.

Best backpack for kids with no locker

Like a Mary Poppin bag! My daughter is in 8th grade and does not have a locker. To stay organized she has a 1 inch folder for each class! All of her folders fit in, plus a chrome book, plus a pencil case, plus a few books. There are multiple compartments for separating things. The handle is very high and easy to remove. The wheels glide smoothly and turn easily, making it very easy to navigate. The bottom of the bag is very balanced so it doesn't fall forward despite what my daughter puts in…
