I was very disappointed with this product as it failed to meet my expectations.As a result of using this product, I found that it leaked and didn't keep my drink cold for a long period of time. The design isn't very comfortable to hold and the motivational quotes were more of a distraction than a motivator. The only positive aspect was the size which is great for on-the-go. However, overall i wouldn`t recommend this product for anyone looking to buy a reliable travel drinkware for their Home AND Kitchen..
