I have had one of the original Vivofits for many years and one of the main problems was that the strap came loose and the tracker could fall off my wrist. Garmin developed a protective strap that went over the clasp, but it had a bad tendency to come loose and not stay on the clasp, and it also broke easily. I decided to try out these skylet hinges to see if they stay in place any better. . I wish I had them all the time! They are far superior to Garmin hinges. The Garmin hinges had slots that had to slide over two pins on the clasp that didn't hold up well. The Skylet loops have a small protrusion on the inside that fits into one of the slots on the strap and stays in place. The material has less stretch than Garmin straps and the Skylet straps are twice as thin as Garmin straps. After I put it back on, it stayed in place. She doesn't move at all. As you can see in the picture it fits right over the clasp so you don't have a lot of tape for it to snag and open. Not only do they come in black, Skylet also offers a choice of different colors to match the different straps Garmin sells. I have both sets and the color sets match the straps I have perfectly. I would recommend these straps to anyone who owns a Vivofit One or Two, a small investment to keep your tracker safe and sound and on your wrist where it belongs.
