My initial impressions of this bag are great! It’s the perfect size for me. It holds my iPad (it’s a 9” iPad. Not one of the 11” iPad Pros.), keys, wallet, etc securely. The quality seems good, but I was mainly concerned with the size. It's not for laptops, which is what I wanted. It's a good size to finally free up all your Jean pockets. The strap was another main concern, and it seems plush and strong and wide enough to not cause fatigue. I love this product. I purchased one in early 2020 and I beat the hell out it by using it everyday. It was my all purpose kit bag. I finally wore out the straps and because I seldom left it at the workplace and in my shops, it got unsightly. so I purchased another one in late 2021. The product has several pockets very conveniently placed. The zippers are strong and do not rust or get fouled. I love this product and would recommend it strongly.

I liked the fact you could store items in different areas, so keep them organized. I'm using this for portable art supplies, painting outdoors. I use this as my bag to carry around work. I work in OR and I can fit a bottle of water (actually 2), a couple of protein bars, gum, scissors, wallet with no problem. There are multiple compartments so I can keep phone, meds and lipgloss all in their own place. I also put my stethoscope in there and don’t have to zip it to keep things in place. Strap is comfortable and adjustable.

Zipper broke 1week after first use. Since it was past 1month since purchase, I didn"t think that I could get a refund or replacement. The company however sent a replacement bag promptly. Hoping this one holds up, because I really like it, and it fits my needs.

I like the fact that the bag features various compartments/zippers that makes putting stuff in and out a breeze. The adjustable shoulder band makes the bag really easy to carry.

It is small enough and perhaps excellent for the very personal items to "wear" close with one's self when traveling. It is NOT large enough -- and too wide, to be the "personal item" container onboard the airplane.
